During her tenure, Integrate Agency flourished, boasting $15MM in revenue, nurturing 250+ young talents, and aiding 600+ clients.
In 2020, Allie's expertise culminated in Ampersand, a vibrant workplace training platform for emerging professionals. Ampersand has already uplifted 10,000+ individuals, bridging the gap between education and employment, and shattering systemic barriers.
Recently, Ascent Funding acquired Ampersand, amplifying its mission. Now, as SVP and GM of the Success Program, Allie spearheads the charge. As leaders, we want to manage with sincerity. But where do you draw the line between authenticity and revealing too much?
We talk about the change all managers experience as they go from team member to team leader. Also on the agenda is the concept of Bad Faith, Imposter Syndrome, and the philosophical question of identity. While some leaders are comfortable with sharing their private lives, others are more private, and both options are fine! Beyond her professional achievements, Elaine is deeply committed to her family and community, actively supporting causes related to women’s empowerment, mental health, and more. 
After closing her original brand due to retail shifts, she redirected her focus towards empowering women, launching an e-course titled “Know Your Worth” to help women reclaim their self-worth. 
In 2023, Elaine made a comeback in the fashion world with “Edit by Elaine Turner,” a line of luxury handbags and accessories, embodying timeless elegance and classic design. 
Her journey reflects a blend of creativity, resilience, and a continuous commitment to personal and community growth.

Malene is a multidisciplinary artist and textile designer and a visionary community builder. Her work is a powerful exploration of the modern Black experience, celebrated through her art and design. 
Malene’s influence extends beyond her creations, as she is also the founder of the Black Artists + Designers Guild, a platform dedicated to promoting Black creativity and culture. Her work and commitment to her community has been recognized in features across major platforms, including an appearance on the show “Room to Inspire,” as well as a feature on her Brooklyn home in Architectural Digest. 
Malene’s work, deeply rooted in her heritage, aims to inspire and shape the spaces we inhabit, making them a source of creativity and identity. Malene and Laura met through the design industry as High Point Market Style Spotters in 2016. Since then, she has been busy!
